1 General Provisions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means withdrawal is only possible after wagering the bonus amount 15 times.

5.3 VIP Program

The kg999p VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply to each game category on kg999p (slots, cricket betting, esports, live casino, etc.). General gaming rules are given below:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs.
• Results arising from a technical error may be considered void.
• Betting limits are set separately for each game — please refer to the game guidelines.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to the game server's records.

For cricket betting, the official results of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments apply. If a match is abandoned or the result is changed, bets will be settled accordingly.

11.2 Closure by the User
